1、   Productdescription

The ZXK series rotary resistance level gauge is drivenby a micro motor after deceleration, which drives the detection blade to rotateat a speed of 5-6 rpm.

When the material level of the tested material isincreased and the rotation of the blade is hindered, the detection mechanismrotates around the main shaft. This displacement causes one of the microswitches to send out the material signal, then another micro switch operates,cutting off the motor power supply to stop it.

This state will remain as long as the material levelremains unchanged. When the material level is lowered and the blade is blocked,the detection mechanism relies on the spring pull to restore the originalstate.

A fretting switch moves through the motor power tomake it rotated, and then another fretting switch moves out of the signal. Aslong as there is no material blocking to detect the rotation of the blade, thisstate will keep on.

5、   Maintenanceａnd use

1.          Theswitch is a fragile element, and It is necessary to use a multi ply flexibleline to connect the broken elements.

2.          Thesensor must be used in a vertical state, located at the top, and theinclination angle should not be greater than 30°

3.          Whenused in a humid environment, it must be bandaged with insulating material.

4.          Theinstallation method is determined according to the site.

5.          Beforeuse, the junction box can be unloaded and removed the redundant part of the guidetube, then the terminal box part can be installed.

6.          Whenused in the open air, the protective cover should be installed in the junctionbox.
