測(cè)量原理 Measure principle
本儀器測(cè)量原理為直角坐標(biāo)測(cè)量法，即通過(guò)X軸、Z1軸傳感器，測(cè)繪出被測(cè)零件的表面輪廓的坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)，通過(guò)電器組件，將傳感器所測(cè)量的坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)缴衔?/span>PC機(jī)，軟件對(duì)所采集的原始坐標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算處理，標(biāo)注所需的工程測(cè)量項(xiàng)目。
The measuring principle of this instrument is the rectangular coordinate measuring method,through X-axis, Z-axis sensor, mapping the surface contour coordinates point of the part under test,data transmission the coordinates point to the upper PC by electrical components.To do the mathematical treatment on the original collected coordinate data by software, marked with the required engineering survey projects.

② 大量程設(shè)計(jì)，杠桿比僅為1:2.2，限度保持了傳感器的原有精度

④ 采用高速并行數(shù)據(jù)采集單元，硬件觸發(fā)、硬件高速采樣，無(wú)延時(shí)；足夠密集及穩(wěn)定的數(shù)據(jù)源為后期數(shù)據(jù)處理、計(jì)算提供力的保障

自動(dòng)標(biāo)注：在進(jìn)行批量測(cè)量時(shí)，測(cè)量保存為模板，再次測(cè)量導(dǎo)入模板即可完成自動(dòng)標(biāo)注，大大提高測(cè)量效率。
數(shù)據(jù)合成：對(duì)于類(lèi)似直槽工件無(wú)法一次測(cè)量完成，通過(guò)擺放角度進(jìn)行兩次測(cè)量，然后通過(guò)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)合成。
間斷測(cè)量：可對(duì)工件進(jìn)行分段編程（采樣間隔、采樣速度），提高客戶(hù)測(cè)量效率。
