1、本機(jī)具有潮濕模擬功能，開啟本功能，即可真實(shí)的模擬產(chǎn)品試樣在戶外潮濕侵蝕的工況。因?yàn)樵诤芏鄳敉猸h(huán)境中，產(chǎn)品可能每天的潮濕時(shí)間可長達(dá)12小時(shí)。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水，而不是雨水。本機(jī)的加濕器可使試驗(yàn)箱在較高溫度下保持99%相對濕度，讓水蒸汽連續(xù)不斷地在樣品表面凝結(jié)，來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。真實(shí)的再現(xiàn)了試樣使用的各種環(huán)境!從而得到最真實(shí)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
2、本機(jī)具有熱沖擊及應(yīng)力模擬功能!在某些實(shí)際應(yīng)用條件下，例如陽光下，聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時(shí)，材料的溫度就會發(fā)生急劇變化，產(chǎn)生熱沖擊，這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗(yàn)。本機(jī)采用的德國“西門子”PLC控制器可自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)程式模擬熱沖擊和應(yīng)力腐蝕工況。
