太陽的紫外線是導致所有暴露于戶外的產品的材料發(fā)生降解的主要原因。長崎TK-ZW系列紫外線試驗箱可模擬太陽光中的紫外線部分，可地模擬太陽光中的短波紫外光，即從365納米到太陽光截止點295納米的波長范圍。特別適用于測試不同種類聚合物和穩(wěn)定劑之間的性能差異。在短短的幾天或幾周內，可真實再現(xiàn)因光照引起的產品材料在幾個月甚至幾年的戶外使用所岀現(xiàn)的物理性能的老化和破壞!樣品試驗的結果為改良產品品質提供了科學依據(jù)。

1、本機具有潮濕模擬功能，開啟本功能，即可真實的模擬產品試樣在戶外潮濕侵蝕的工況。因為在很多戶外環(huán)境中，產品可能每天的潮濕時間可長達12小時。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水，而不是雨水。本機的加濕器可使試驗箱在較高溫度下保持99%相對濕度，讓水蒸汽連續(xù)不斷地在樣品表面凝結，來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。真實的再現(xiàn)了試樣使用的各種環(huán)境!從而得到最真實的實驗結果。

2、本機具有熱沖擊及應力模擬功能!在某些實際應用條件下，例如陽光下，聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時，材料的溫度就會發(fā)生急劇變化，產生熱沖擊，這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。本機采用的德國“西門子”PLC控制器可自動或手動程式模擬熱沖擊和應力腐蝕工況。
